An Overnight Success

The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences challenged Joven Orozco Design (JOD) to create an informational piece that would increase sales from customers looking for a second home residence. The piece needed to inform potential customers of the possibility for a second home in highly sought-after locations such as San Francisco, Vail, and Kauai Lagoons to name a few.

JOD created a piece that was placed on the bed after the hospitality staff had done a turndown service. It was interactive and memorable because the images switched out when you opened it, revealing the different locations. The piece also had a call to action to visit the gallery in the lobby of the hotel where they could view the various properties.
